Crossmark Policy for Tadabbur Journal

Introduction to Crossmark Crossmark is a multi-publisher initiative by Crossref aimed at providing readers with a standardized way to locate the authoritative and up-to-date version of published content. By clicking the Crossmark button, readers can access information about the current status of a publication, including any updates, corrections, retractions, or withdrawals, as well as additional metadata related to the publication process, such as publication date, plagiarism check status, licensing, and responsible editors.

Implementing the Crossmark button in Tadabbur Journal reflects our commitment to maintaining published content and notifying readers of any changes, thereby enhancing transparency and trust in scholarly publications. The button will be applied to all new publications and, optionally, to prior publications if updated.

Publish a correction notice in the next issue under the "Corrections and Additions" section, linked to the original publication via a new DOI.

Retractions

Withdrawal of a publication due to serious issues like plagiarism, falsification, or unethical data use.

Publish a public retraction statement explaining the reasons, retaining the original publication in the archive with a clear retraction notice. The publication is not removed to preserve the scholarly record.

Publication fees are non-refundable if withdrawn post-publication.
