Tadabbur Journal, a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Taibah Bureau for Research and Studies (Medina, KSA), is pleased to invite researchers and specialists to submit their original work for a distinguished special issue titled:

 "Artificial Intelligence and the Contemplation of the Holy Quran: Foundational Vision and Contemporary Applications" 

This scientific initiative responds to rapid technological advancements, aiming to construct a robust knowledge bridge between Revelation Sciences and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The issue seeks to provide a disciplined Shariah-based framework that balances authenticity with innovation.

 Key Research Themes:

Theme 1: Foundations & Regulations:

·       Shariah-based and ethical regulations for utilizing AI with Quranic texts.

·       The jurisprudential and Maqasidic (objectives-based) framework for employing modern technologies in Tadabbur (contemplation).

·       Digital documentation and protection against distortion in the era of smart search engines.

Theme 2: Practical Applications & Models:

·       Utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze and understand Quranic vocabulary and meanings.

·       Critical analytical studies of existing digital Quranic applications.

·       Local innovative models designed to serve researchers and practitioners of Tadabbur.

Theme 3: Impact & Future Outlook:

·       The epistemological and educational effects of digital tools on the faculty of contemplation.

·       Developing "Trusted AI" tools dedicated to serving the Sacred Text.

·       Social and civilizational perspectives on digital transformation within Quranic studies.

  Submission Guidelines & Scientific Standards:

·       Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

·       Adherence to the journal's rigorous academic methodology and formatting standards.

·       Mandatory Requirement: Applied research must include the specific Prompts (textual inputs) used, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of results.

·       All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.

Important Deadlines (Year 2026):

 Abstract Submission Deadline: April 17, 2026.

 Full Paper Submission Deadline: June 15, 2026.

 Expected Publication Date: September 2026 (Insha’Allah).
