Abstract
The Madinah Conference on Sharia and Islamic Studies and its Role in Confronting Contemporary Issues was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Madinah. It was held from Friday the twenty-fourth to Sunday the twenty-sixth of Shawwal 1445 AH, corresponding to May 3rd to May 5th of the same month in 2024 AD, and was organized by the Knowledge Enrichment Center for Conferences, Research and Scientific Publishing. [1].
The conference sought to stimulate the energies of researchers to research and publish in the field of Sharia and Islamic studies, and to highlight the efforts of scholars in diligence and innovation to keep pace with the times. And to scientifically confirm that Islamic Sharia is applicable at all times; because it is comprehensive to all areas of life, and that scientific research in Islamic studies is the head of the matter in renewal and liberating Islamic sciences from the constraints of the past, and laying the logical foundations for solving many contemporary issues that the Islamic world and other Islamic societies suffer from, in addition to employing the results and recommendations of research, studies, and workshops in the field of Sharia and Islamic studies in addressing our contemporary reality, in order to take the reasons to keep pace with the times and address its issues.
The Madinah International Conference on Sharia and Islamic Studies and its Role in Confronting Contemporary Issues also addresses many topics, studies and research in various fields of Sharia and Islamic Studies, through scientific sessions, presentation of scientific posters, and training workshops presented by researchers and specialists participating in the conference from faculty members at governmental and private universities in the Arab and Islamic world.
