Abstract

The establishment of Tadabbur Journal represents a pioneering foundational step in the field of specialized academic publishing dedicated to the contemplation of the Noble Qur'an. This initiative responds to the pressing scholarly need for a refereed platform that consolidates the efforts of researchers and disseminates original studies in the sciences of Tadabbur, stemming from the conviction that the Qur'an was revealed for reflection and action.

The journal adopts a clear vision to fulfill its mission, committed to publishing rigorous research in accordance with precise academic standards, with a primary focus on key areas such as the scholarly foundationalization of Tadabbur, Qur'anic objectives (Maqasid), inimitability (I'jaz) and rhetoric, teaching Qur'anic contemplation, and juristic inference (Istinbat). The journal also adheres to stringent peer-review procedures that guarantee quality and originality and provides researchers with a detailed guide outlining the technical, methodological, and linguistic standards to be observed.

As we present this inaugural issue to our esteemed readers, we affirm that the journal has been established to serve as a foundational building block in the edifice of Qur'anic studies and a catalyst for constructive scholarly dialogue among specialists. We extend a sincere invitation to our distinguished researchers to contribute their outstanding work, praying to the Almighty that this scholarly endeavor be undertaken purely for His sake and prove beneficial to the Muslim Ummah.
